Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll be eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your gift credit, and a gift certificate will be sent to you via mail. You can then use this gift certificate to make a new purchase on our website.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
